Cape Verde Islands –  Capt. Philipps got good measurements on this fish with a 132” Short Measurement and a 20” Inch Tail Girth. The fish took a pitch bait off a teaser, right at the back of the boat. Capt. Philipps released the fish in great shape after a couple shots and measurements.
